SUS631-CSP-H
1 source records. Standards, editions and conditions are presented separately; matching grade names do not establish interchangeability.
Refer to each source for mass fractions and analysis type. Missing values are not treated as 0. Manufacturer typical values, standard guarantees and measured heat results must remain separate. Use the material selector for calculations and condition selection.

Applicability and limitations
Table 1 of the Japanese original 2011: SUS631-CSP, with temper H in Table 5. The hardness for that temper must not be applied to other tempers. Table 5: Vickers hardness ≥450 HV in the cold-rolled or annealed/solution-treated condition. Table 2—4 gives heat analysis, mass fraction %. Strength/elongation in Table 7 applies only when requested by the purchaser; tensile testing may be omitted for thicknesses below 0.30 mm. Values after precipitation hardening in Table 6 require assessment under the applicable treatment conditions. This standard covers cold-rolled stainless steel strip for springs; it does not establish cold-heading wire applicability, stock or supply guarantees.
