SUS305J1-WSA

1 source records. Standards, editions and conditions are presented separately; matching grade names do not establish interchangeability.

Refer to each source for mass fractions and analysis type. Missing values are not treated as 0. Manufacturer typical values, standard guarantees and measured heat results must remain separate. Use the material selector for calculations and condition selection.

Applicability and limitations

Main-text Table 1: temper WSA for SUS305J1, applicable to stainless steel wire for cold heading and cold forging. Main-text Table 2: WSA applies to wire diameters 0.80–5.50 mm. Mechanical properties in Table 3 vary by grade, temper and wire diameter; no single interval is presented as a guarantee for all sizes. Main-text 4.1: the wire rod used must meet the chemical-composition requirements in clause 5 of JIS G 4308 or JIS G 4311. The actual order also requires verification of the applicable material/edition. Composition in Table JA.1–JA.3 of Annex JA (informative) is reference only, not independent mandatory limits for the finished steel wire in this standard's main text. Elemental units are mass fraction %.
