SUS304L-WSB
1 source records. Standards, editions and conditions are presented separately; matching grade names do not establish interchangeability.
Refer to each source for mass fractions and analysis type. Missing values are not treated as 0. Manufacturer typical values, standard guarantees and measured heat results must remain separate. Use the material selector for calculations and condition selection.

Applicability and limitations
Main-text Table 1: the WSB temper for SUS304L applies to stainless steel wire for cold heading and cold forging. Main-text Table 2: WSB applies to wire diameters 0.80–17.0 mm. Mechanical properties in Table 3 are divided by grade, temper and wire diameter; no individual interval is treated as a guarantee for all sizes. Main-text Clause 4.1: the wire rod used must meet the chemical composition in Clause 5 of JIS G 4308 or JIS G 4311. Actual orders require confirmation of the corresponding material and edition. The composition in informative Annex JA, Table JA.1–JA.3, is for reference only; it is not an independent mandatory limit for finished wire in the main text of this standard. Elements are expressed as mass percent. Table 3, note a: the tensile-strength range for austenitic/ferritic B types may be extended by agreement, in which case reduction of area must be ≥55%. Default and agreed values must be kept separate.
