Q355NF
1 source records. Standards, editions and conditions are presented separately; matching grade names do not establish interchangeability.
Refer to each source for mass fractions and analysis type. Missing values are not treated as 0. Manufacturer typical values, standard guarantees and measured heat results must remain separate. Use the material selector for calculations and condition selection.

Applicability and limitations
At least one of Al, Nb, V and Ti must be present; When added individually or in combination, at least one element must reach its tabulated minimum; all four elements are not required to meet the listed minima. For sections and bars, the P and S maxima may each be increased by 0.005%. Ti may reach a maximum of 0.20%. Total aluminum Alt may replace acid-soluble aluminum Als, with a Alt minimum of 0.020%; Where grain-refining elements such as Nb, V or Ti are added and meet the stated minima, the aluminum minimum does not apply. In the original table, Als refers to acid-soluble aluminum and Alt refers to total aluminum; analysis types cannot be directly compared or mixed.; Using Alt as a substitute, or waiving the aluminum lower limit under the microalloying conditions, requires checking the original note and measured test report.. At least one of Al/Nb/V/Ti must reach the corresponding lower limit.; It is not required for all elements to simultaneously reach the lower limit; elements not reported shall not be treated as 0.. This batch only verifies the composition table and conditions.; The calculated independent-element envelope does not establish compliance with the CEV/Pcm upper limits in Tables 4/6 for the applicable thickness/delivery condition; the actual heat and corresponding table must still be checked.. Retain normalized/normalizing-rolled condition N and thermomechanically rolled condition M separately; a shared steel grade does not make the delivery conditions interchangeable..
