INCOLOY ALLOY 800H
1 source records. Standards, editions and conditions are presented separately; matching grade names do not establish interchangeability.
Refer to each source for mass fractions and analysis type. Missing values are not treated as 0. Manufacturer typical values, standard guarantees and measured heat results must remain separate. Use the material selector for calculations and condition selection.

Applicability and limitations
General composition requirements for manufacturer data; Al and Ti must simultaneously satisfy the individual element range and the combined range. Special orders may specify stricter composition or grain size; general conditions shall not be treated as guarantees for all orders. The documentation separately lists 800H special orders with C≤0.08% and Al+Ti as 0.4–0.7%, which must be adopted only after explicit order agreement and does not default to override general requirements.. Only a lower limit of 39.5% is given for Fe; elements not listed in this table shall not be filled as zero.
