HPB61-1
2 source records. Standards, editions and conditions are presented separately; matching grade names do not establish interchangeability.
Refer to each source for mass fractions and analysis type. Missing values are not treated as 0. Manufacturer typical values, standard guarantees and measured heat results must remain separate. Use the material selector for calculations and condition selection.

Estimates are presented separately for each applicable composition condition. Match the actual ordering conditions; ranges must not be combined.

| Element | Composition requirement |
|---|---|
| Fe | ≤ 0.15 (lower limit not stated) |
| Pb | 0.6 ~ 1.2 |
Applicability and limitations
Mass fraction wt%; Under 2.2, elements with specified lower and upper limits are alloying constituents; a single value is a minimum for copper and a maximum for other elements. A dash means unspecified; it is not entered as zero; Cu+Ag and Ni+Co are subject to combined ranges and are not converted into independent element ranges. The balance remains a balance; subtracting independent maxima does not establish a guaranteed range. Total impurities include all relevant impurities; The sum of listed elements is only a necessary condition and cannot replace complete impurity analysis. Product forms in the original document define the applicable wrought-product scope; they do not establish confirmed supply of cold-heading wire or final properties. Zn is the balance; Total impurities exclude elements specified as alloying constituents; all listed elements must not simply be added together. Corresponding foreign grade designation shown in the original table: C37100; Note 4 includes Ni, other than the principal constituents, in Cu, subject to the combined Cu+Ni limit; This does not establish automatic substitution across standards. Note 5/6/7 requires Cu and the listed elements to total ≥99.6%; This includes a balance element; independent limits cannot be used to derive a guaranteed range. Table 2, note 1: Fe≤0.030% applies to nonmagnetic brass only where nonmagnetic performance is expressly required; Ordinary conditions are not automatically tightened.

YesVerification notes
The official GB/T 5231—2001 tables 1–4 and applicable footnotes were checked row by row against the source. The condition conflict for seven grades whose Fe content is incompatible with non-magnetic requirements is retained; it is not applied automatically.HPb61-1 · GB/T 5231-2012

Applicability and limitations
Mass fraction wt%; GB/T5231—2012, Table 3, row 26, designation C37100. Zn is balance. Total table-listed impurities ≤0.55%; confirm the calculation scope under clause 2.3 and the row footnotes. A partial sum of listed elements does not replace complete analysis. Note a to Table 3: Fe≤0.030% for nonmagnetic brass applies only to that condition, not to this leaded-brass row. Clause 2.2: unlisted elements are not assigned zero. Clause 2.4: balance Zn must not be mechanically converted into a guaranteed range.
