3102
1 source records. Standards, editions and conditions are presented separately; matching grade names do not establish interchangeability.
Refer to each source for mass fractions and analysis type. Missing values are not treated as 0. Manufacturer typical values, standard guarantees and measured heat results must remain separate. Use the material selector for calculations and condition selection.

Applicability and limitations
GB/T3880.1—2006 Table 5 and 4.2, mass fraction %; Only 3102, 3104, and 8011A have compositions directly specified in this table; other grades refer to GB/T3190 and cannot be copied from this table. Applicable to rolled aluminum and aluminum alloy plate, sheet and strip for general industrial use.; The scope of this edition excludes special uses such as deep drawing, painting, anodizing, curtain walls and PS plate substrates, as well as plate, sheet and strip for military applications; it does not directly establish cold-heading wire/wire rod suitability.. Other impurities: individual ≤0.05%, total ≤0.15%, referring to metallic elements not listed or with no specified values in the table; these must be verified separately against the full set of measured values. Al is the remainder: 100% minus the sum of all metallic impurities with content ≥0.010%; each element shall be expressed to 0.0X% before summation; Elements with no given values must not be assumed as zero for calculation. Use for food applications must be specified in the contract, with Pb, Sn and Sb each ≤0.01%.; The conditions for this use require separate verification; food-application limits are not imposed on all industrial materials.. The chemical table and scope have been verified in this instance; this does not imply that mechanical properties, dimensions, states of all grades, or the 2012 edition have been verified.
