会员与工程工具资料说明 / Membership & tool data

金相图片仅在客户主动确认临时分析后上传处理，处理文件在分析结束时删除；派生结果短暂缓存最多 5 分钟用于重试和导出。长期保存原图供工程师复核需要单独同意，并注册验证邮箱；仅本人关联记录与授权管理员可访问。不会自动用于模型训练。可通过 website@chqwire.net 申请更正或删除。

同意使用统计后，还记录分析阶段的程序成败、失败类别、参数调整次数、耗时和算法版本，用于改进易用性；不会自动上传参数数值、文件名或图片。程序完成不表示标准评级正确。

省/州/地区、城市由会员选填，不要求街道地址。

完整会员资料用于邮箱验证、人工审核、技术服务和权益管理。业务个人信息保存在自有 CMS，不随工具事件发送给分析平台，也不自动订阅营销邮件。

参与新版使用统计后，服务器用本地位置库把网络 IP 解析为近似国家、省/地区、城市，仅保存位置名称，不在工具使用记录中保存原始 IP 或经纬度，不申请 GPS 权限，也不把访客 IP 发给外部定位服务。网络代理和运营商可能影响准确性；离线事件和未找到的位置标记未知。IP Geolocation by DB-IP（2026-10 Lite，CC BY 4.0）。

With your updated usage-statistics choice, our server resolves approximate country, region and city using a local database. Tool usage records store place names, not raw IP addresses or coordinates. No GPS permission or external IP lookup is used. VPNs and networks may affect accuracy; offline or unresolved locations are unknown. Member state/province and city are optional self-reported fields.

在线计算可免费使用，计算输入默认留在本机。我们用随机设备标识记录工具展示、用户主动确认的功能完成、导出请求与文件接收结果、安装入口点击、浏览器可观察的安装和独立窗口启动；设备不等于人员，不使用浏览器指纹。

保存、导出或技术询盘只处理您主动选择提交的文本、输入或结果，不自动附带图纸、截图或照片。资料按业务支持所需保存，可通过 website@chqwire.net 申请查询、更正或删除。

Member details are used for email verification, manual review, technical support and membership rights. They remain in our CMS and are not sent with tool events to analytics platforms or used for automatic marketing subscription. Calculations are free and their inputs stay on your device by default. Random device identifiers record tool views, completed calculations, export requests and file receipt, installation entry clicks and observable app launches. Export, save and enquiry actions process only the information you choose to submit, without automatic drawing or screenshot uploads.
