Modeling basis and items to be confirmedDirectly read the provided AutoCAD 2010-format DWG and extract the shaped outer contour from the enlarged end view; correct the drawing scale using the length in the right view 49.5, then create an extruded solid with a constant cross-section. The φ5.6 hole is modeled as an axial through-hole based on its relationship with the end view and along the length; this through condition must be confirmed by the customer. The cross-sectional polyline segments and arcs originate from discrete vectors in the original DWG, with endpoint connections smoothed to approximately 0.02mm levels; no global mesh smoothing was applied to alter the shape. Chamfers at both ends are undefined, and unannotated dimensions were not supplemented. The original drawing notes that unmarked dimensions should refer to the 3D data; since the original 3D model was not obtained, this document represents a 2D reconstruction reference model. Dimensions marked 9.3 in the figure are for verification purposes only and should not be considered the overall maximum width. There is a textual discrepancy of SWRCH45K/SWRCH35K between the original bill of materials and the title block, which requires verification; material properties are not fixed here, and the color scheme does not represent the actual plating.
